Home Delivery and Click & Collect Services

Website Home Delivery Notice UPDATED 15/04/21

Our Garden Centres are currently open, 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays.

Our internet-based Home Delivery Service for gardeners’ essentials, within local boundaries, remains available for those of our customers who are unable to visit us.

This is administered and operated from our Feltham branch only.

We wish to continue this service giving our local customers the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of all aspects of gardening whilst remaining at home.

Demand for this service remains high, and it may take a few days to process all enquiries.

Once processed, we are aiming to effect delivery within 3 or 4 delivery days, following our confirmation of your order and your payment has been made. You will be advised of any undue delay.

The postcodes we are able to serve, are limited to the following:

TW postcodes 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17

SW postcodes 13, 14 & 15, also, KT8

There is a flat delivery charge of £5 per delivery, with a minimum order value of £25.

We are monitoring and operating this service 7 days a week during our opening hours, with deliveries being made between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Some items currently have restricted availability as certain raw materials or components are in short supply, and manufacturing capacity has been reduced in some instances due to workplace distancing measures. Many imported goods are subject to delays and surcharges as a result of international logistical issues.

We are experiencing increasing shortages of many varieties of plants normally available to us, as crucial propagating windows were missed during the past year due to previous lockdowns, both here and abroad.

Every effort is being made to maintain good stocks of key lines, however with greatly extended lead times, inevitably there will be some gaps. Your understanding of this situation will be appreciated.

We will regularly update availability listings within the various popular categories of items available at our Feltham branch.

Unfortunately, plant availability lists cannot be produced as the range changes on an hourly basis.

To speed our process please include the order code where available when submitting your requests for these items.

Please give as much detail regarding your requirements as you can, so we can help you sooner.

We wish to respond to your enquiries intelligently, requests such as “I want some vegetable seeds” are difficult to process.

Those orders falling below the £25 minimum order value will not be able to be progressed, but we will let you know.

Following your detailed enquiry, we will respond to you by telephone or email if necessary, to assist and advise further. Please ensure that your address, postcode and contact telephone numbers are correctly entered when submitting your requests.

You will be sent an order confirmation by email, along with payment details.

Please check that we have interpreted your requirements correctly.

You will receive a receipt for your goods by email or by post.

Obviously if our calls or communications to you remain unanswered, we will unfortunately be unable to progress your enquiry.

It is unlikely we will be able to specify a particular delivery day at the time of order, but we are able to contact you once a delivery slot is confirmed, if required.

Please bear with us, as we are operating with fewer colleagues than normal due to distancing measures that remain in place, but still wish to serve our customers as best we can in the current circumstances.

Our telephones lines may be busy. They will be heavy use by us during opening hours as we make contact with our customers to confirm and discuss their requirements. We have 10 lines.

Please be patient, we will answer as soon as we can.

Click and Collect

A ‘Click & Collect’ style facility is available from the Feltham branch only.

Order your goods via the Home Delivery link above, or by telephone.

Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent a link by email with an invoice and payment details.

When payment has been received, we will allot you a collection time slot, and will require the registration number of the vehicle making the collection. You will need to bring a form of identification, ideally your driving licence.

Collections will be performed outdoors, at the customer collection point, safely. A face covering must be worn.

As a reminder, these services and any published availability and prices apply to our Feltham branch only.

General

  • We will deliver to your property, but not into or through your home.
  • We will not offer a carry through service and do expect our customers to rigorously adhere to the distancing measures we are all advised to take.
  • We wish to keep all our colleagues safe.
  • We will only deliver following prior payment by credit / debit card or transfer, no cash on delivery.
  • We will only deliver to the cardholders registered address.
  • We will be happy to help and advise on products and availability when we speak with you.
  • We aim to add more product detail to our website frequently.
  • We will update this information regularly, however, this service may be suspended at any time.
