Trading notice UPDATED 12/05/20

In line with Government instructions, our Garden Centres have been closed since 24th March 2020.

Garden Centres are permitted to re-open from Wednesday 13th May.

However, our stores will remain closed until we are able to provide our employees and customers alike with sufficient and appropriate measures to maintain adequate distancing throughout.

It is important to us to ensure we do everything we can to provide as safe a working and shopping environment as we are able to achieve.

We hope to post a re-opening date very soon.

In the meantime, our internet-based Home Delivery Service for gardeners’ essentials, within local boundaries, is fully operational.

Demand for this service remains high, and It is still taking several days to process all enquiries.

Once processed, we are aiming to effect delivery within 3 or 4 days, following our confirming your order by telephone, and your payment has been made.

Our apologies to those customers who we may not yet have responded to, we will, and thank you to all those who have supported and been patient with us.

The postcodes we are able to serve, are limited to the following:

TW postcodes 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17
SW postcodes 13, 14 & 15, also, KT8

There is a flat delivery charge of £5 per delivery, with a minimum order value of £20.

It is our aim to provide local residents with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of all types of gardening whilst confined in their homes.

We are operating with a small team, Monday to Friday, and are attempting to adapt to the challenges facing us all.

Obviously, many items currently have restricted availability due to limited supply, as many growers and suppliers have been operating at reduced capacity, or in some cases, not at all.

We will add more lists of popular garden centre items soon.

It will speed our process if you are able to include the order code when submitting your requests for these items.

Please give as much detail regarding your requirements as you can, so we can help you sooner.

Unfortunately, vague enquiries, such as ‘plants, compost & seeds’, and those below the £20 minimum order value will not be able to be progressed.

Following your detailed enquiry, we will respond to you by telephone to assist and advise further. Please always supply us with your address, postcode and any telephone numbers when submitting your requests.

Obviously if our calls back to you remain unanswered, we will unfortunately, again, be unable to progress your enquiry, but we will email you.

It is unlikely we will be able to specify a day at the time of order, but we are able to contact you once a delivery slot is confirmed, if required.

Please bear with us, as we are operating with fewer colleagues than normal, but still wish to serve our customers as best we can, in the current circumstances.

Our telephones lines are currently closed to incoming calls. They are in use for us to contact you, to confirm and discuss your requirements, and arrange payment.

They will reopen when normal business resumes.

Should there be any issues with your delivery, again, please email as soon as possible, quoting your enquiry number to homedelivery@adrianhall.co.uk

A ‘ClIck & Collect’ facility will be in operation very soon.

  • We will deliver to your property, but not into your home.
  • We will not offer a carry through service, and do expect our customers to rigorously adhere to the distancing measures we are all advised to make.
  • We wish to keep all our colleagues safe.
  • We will only deliver following prior telephone payment by credit or debit card, no cash on delivery.
  • We will only deliver to the cardholders registered address.
  • We will be happy to help and advise on products and availability when we speak with you.
  • We aim to add more product detail to our website frequently.
  • We will continue this service when we are ready to re-open to visiting customers.
  • We will update this information regularly, however, this service may be suspended at any time.
